At around 36:50 you had a line where if you cauldron your delighted halfling and then chord for strangleroot geist you can make infinite mana by tapping geist (it has haste) and shooting it/itself with walking ballistas ability, then use your infinite mana to pump it up to lethal pings with walking ballista's other ability. Definitely a more obscure cauldron line so I figured I'd just point it out

love the deck. Friendly advice: when you loop pings with Blood Artist, right click the trigger and choose "always same target" and then target your opponent. Makes the whole thing WAYYYY faster =D if they stop it, then hit the "5" key and reset targets. This logic also helps with tendrils and grapeshot and other "storm" things.

44:25 if you have walking ballista and wall of roots under agatha young wolf is an instant kill. Use the -0/1 hability of wall, then use de walking vallista pin hability, then young wolf die becaus its a 1/0 and comes back because it has no +1/1 counter on it. Repeat.

Agatha's soul's cauldron with grist is mindbending magic. Grist being a creature has obvious upsides, and then it has the weirdest interactions like here. Grist is obviously a good card, but it being a creature leads to some very fun deck building

At around 11:20 you mentioned not saccing the army because it was about to die as the misplay, but don't you just not give it a -1/-1 in the first place? Yawg's ability is an "up to one" so you should just choose nothing. You did that earlier that turn.

43:54 found a super fun line. Sac wolf to draw ballista and throw it in the yard. Chord for young wolf down to 9. Put ballista under cauldron and shoot them twice to 10. Sac one wolf at the other wolf putting a counter on both, shoot them twice. Repeat x5.
@knave5759

Okay after staring at this making sure that worked I found a second line that dodges FoN haha. Sack wall at subtlety, throw ballista in the yard. Attack with both wolf and yawg, they have to block yawg. Eat ballista put counter on wolf, they take 2 and we're both at 10. At this point you just shoot them with wolf, sack wolf to yawg. They take the damage first so we win at 1.

Round 3 game 2 you had cauldron and yawgmoth with an undying creature. Could've sacrificed the undying creature to get walking ballista from the top after subtlety, play it for 0 and then cauldron it. You just get the "infinite" pings with ballistas ability and undying creature since the creature loses the +1/+1 anyway so you can sacrifice it to yawgmoth

Here go the ingredients: 2 to 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) very ripe bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed) 1/3 cup (76g) butter, unsalted or salted, melted 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (not baking powder) 1 pinch salt 3/4 cup (150g) sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet) 1 large egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups (205g) all-purpose flour

The minus counter is used to remove the plus counter, but at the time of death when SBA are checked, the game still sees the Walker having a +1/+1 counter on it when its sent to the gy. I know it sounds like it shouldn't work that way, but I'm no judge🤷♂

The reason is rule 704.8. "If a state-based action results in a permanent leaving the battlefield at the same time other state-based actions were performed, that permanent’s last known information is derived from the game state *before* any of those state-based actions were performed." (emphasis mine) FWIW, I think this rules interaction is, well, ...stupid and unintuitive, and the rules ought to be written such that you *don't* end up with situations like "put 3 -1 counters on target" giving VERY different results than "put a -1 counter on target, three separate times". If it had been a 3-counter Walker, the first case would end up creating 3 Thopters, whereas the second case as shown creates 1, and the intuitive-but-incorrect expectation is of course that both cases would create 0. But that is the reason why it works out like this. (Edited because I always forget how youtube hates hyphens and loves strikethrough text)
@nr.12

@@anaphysik so what you are saying is that if i: - have a 'Dreadhorde Butcher' with some "+1/+1"-counters in play - and something that gives creatures "-1/-1" (e.g. a 'Heartless Summoning') - , putting the same amount of "-1/-1"-counters on it behaves differently (aka. deals damage) - than killing it with a "-x/-x" effect (e.g. Toxic Deluge) (aka. deals no damage) because the former death is a result of a state-based action (per rule 704.5q) adhering to rule 704.8 and the latter is not? Did i get this right?
