No shit!! I couldn’t agree more, I hate talking to a machine, they should have a skip button that directly puts you through to a real person.

Hi Whitney! I'm so sorry to hear that! But, I've been noticing that some (to not say all) seems to intentionally make you keep repeating the steps claiming that they didn't understand you just to make you give up the call. So don't be sad because of that because recently I also had a similar experience even though I don't have any speech impediment. I think that's just how the robots work.

Hint: When the automated system asks you to state the problem in a few words so it can better serve you, say something like, "Well, let me tell you about my day so far. First of all..." and just keep babbling on.. It will cut you off after about 30 seconds and again ask for you to explain. Start rambling on again. Most automated systems will get a representative for you after the second time, and all I have dealt with after the third time. Hope this helps everyone.

I just repeat the word "representative" into the phone. I can speak fine but voice software doesn't understand what I say. I don't even have an accent. Funny enough the only software that can understand me is one notorious for not understanding people. Hey You Pikachu works fine for me.
