I just realized I've been watching your channel since 2016, I remember some sort of washing machine outside your original homebase, watched you change RVs, you built steps, you had the cement poured, the canopy put up, you got vandalized while you were out traveling, I can go on and on. You should have kept building on that property! If you could buy it back, go for it!

Why in Sam's Hill would you go backward?? You're driving a beautiful home, have a great little base down south plus a great base in New Mexico. Keep this place in the corners of your mind but live simply and remain grateful for your adventurous life you've led, Wheeling and dealing has to lay down when it's running out of air. Rest up a few days then roll those wheels to see the world in short visits! Enjoy!

Nobody is probably building new because of the water issues. I'd be leery of spending money on a place and then having no water. IF you aren't worried about that you could possibly sell one of your other properties and buy it back.

Diamond polishing dreams? You never know what can be without discovering what it ain't. You taught us that with your actions, FickleMan. That's worked out well so far. Maybe rent a stay at this old homestead for a test of comfort and neighbor behaivior. Potential for change is your middle name, Amigo. Any of us long time Rangers know you do you! Anything is possible. You never talk yourself out of a possibility until you've examined it well. Never know... the current owner might be just fine with you taking it off her hands. But you do you, Amigo. Always, be happy! It was great to see this old homestead. Thanks for sharing the trip.

You could sell the Fort Clark Springs place this Spring and buy a piece of land with a view where you want it. Backside of a ranch or a nature preserve. Then build something similar to the Fort Clark Springs place. Except the neighbors won’t be so close that you can hear them flush their toilets! Donkeys can come visit, you could have a private patio. Your grandson could plant cacti 🌵 🌵🌵all around. I bet you have good credit, you can pull it off. Go for it now, before it’s too late. You know we’re all watching and want to see you do this. We love you Rusty! Be happy 😃
