THANK YOU for doing this video. I MUST ALWAYS "take" Magnesium because my Magnesium level has been SO severely depleted that I went into a coma TWICE within a 9-month period back in 2009 and ended up in the hospital both times. I'm a retired nurse of 48 years, and after the second hospitalization, I FINALLY "understood" WHAT had depleted my Magnesium level so severely. It was several pharmaceutical diuretic drugs (body fluid flushing action for edematous legs from Congestive Heart Failure) that I was taking that was the MAIN CAUSE of these two serious health episodes. Your video in HOW TO EASILY MAKE MAGNESIUM OIL at home is the most wonderfully beneficial video I've watched in years. Again, thank you. 🙏☺️

April…I hope you see this comment. ❤❤❤ ALL PLASTIC BOTTLES ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH LARGE OPENINGS ARE FUNNELS. Just cut the top off the plastic bottles with a box cutter or very sharp scissors, it depends on how thick the plastic is. And if you have a handy husband he can, or you can use a bottle cutter and cut the tops off your glass bottles , with a glass cutter, and you can use those as funnels. I use both the large and small spout bottles to make funnels. I have an enormous selection of funnels! lol!

I made the plain magnesium chloride solution and it has helped with leg cramps, back pain, achy feet and toes too. Since my doctor told me I have an irritated bladder I’ve started rubbing it in that area as well. Fingers crossed. It has been so helpful that I’ve given away several bottles already with very good results. After spraying on the feet it’s hard to put on socks in the morning because it feels like the magnesium doesn’t allow them to slide on. I put a small amount of lotion in the area and it instantly gets slippery again. Thanks so much! I really appreciate you and your “human-ness”.😊

Another magnesium flake tip: you can take a flake and place it under your tongue where it will completely absorb bypassing your gut. I mix it with a small amount of rock or sea salt which neutralizes the bitter flavor of the magnesium chloride. The trick is to not move your mouth much while the salts are being absorbed because of the bitterness, it takes 5-10 minutes. I do this first thing in the morning before drinking and also at night which has plenty benefits one being retaining water so less peeing at night (that’s mostly due to the salt) it’s a very easy and great way to use magnesium flakes, I also mix the oil but mostly use it as a deodorant (best deo I ever used) since taking the flakes sublingual the skin application became less frequent 👍🏻 do you think that could potentially also be damaging for the heart?

Hi April. A friend recently gave a me a little spray bottle with magnesium oil - which is wonderful, but, she adds some glycerine and lavender essential oil, as she says the magnesium oil can make your skin a bit dry. Now I don't quite like the glycerine - not natural and its sticky. Can I mix with something like castor oil or olive oil or avocado oil etc, or is it better to first spray the magnesium on ur body bits and then put some kinda moisturiser on afterwards (I make a lovely coconut oil, shea butter and olive oil one). Thanks soo much for the video - I just love your stuff ... much love from South Africa 💚💚💚

I’m so glad you shared. This is something I suspected, and just now thought to come over to KZitem and find. For the magnesium deficiency may I suggest it’s true when you put that on your skin, there is an itching tingling burning sensation, and what I found was when I used it on my head to help with poor hair grows he did not itches bad is it hardly itched at all and maybe a little bit of burning but it was tolerable for me. But within a couple weeks, I could tell a major difference in the thickness of my hair, and then I started discovering using it on my body. I was no longer deficient in magnesium, so it didn’t burn my skin to use it on the rest of my body.

Roundup makes it almost impossible for plants to absorb magnesium so the foods dont have the magnesium in them

True, but also there's almost no magnesium left in the soils from monocropping.

@@sheisofthewoods what has been done to the earth and the life on this planet just for the dollar is so wrong. The major symptoms of magnetism deficiency is depression. One of the biggest health problems in the western world is depression. The USA spends more money on anti depressants than just about any other group of medications. I believe that the magnesium deficiency is a huge cause of this

Hi April! I love your content! Just a question. Being magnesium a salt, isn't it necessary to rinse it off after a while you sprayed it on your skin? I'm very ignorant on the matter but wouldn't it be irritating if left on for too long? Thanks! ❤

No, that would defeat the purpose you want it to stay on your skin so it can be absorbed ☺️

I think that would probably be the case if you were to 'say' take an Apple Cider Vinegar bath or sitz bath. In that case you would want to rinse the vinegar off the skin afterwards. But that's not the case with Magnesium flakes! In fact the magnesium can be hydrating for the body, nourishing sensitive and dry skin :)

@@sheisofthewoods thank you! I read about a gel based magnesium that needs to be rinsed off after 15/20 minutes so I was wondering if it was the same for the spray as well. I've already ordered my flakes ❤

@christinam.3410 now that makes me now think that we can probably mix it with a bit aloe vera 🤔

I did it tonight and it feels so much better on the skin than store bought. Store bought is so sticky and that's why I can't get in the mood to use it as much as I should, which is every day for me. This homemade magnesium oil though feels so light on the skin and it feels like the skin absorbs it easier. It burns & itches like he ll though. scratching marks are popping like rash like marks, my skin is like that so it doesn't scare me. It feels I'm on FIRE!!!! Ive ointed everywhere back and front. Im so deficient that I'm going to spray all over my body every day. Im eager to see how long it will take until it doesn't burn as much. ❤🙏🙏🙏 So grateful for you because if i were to buy it at the store it wouldn't be affordable. Im dealing with systemic lupus and I'm always in pain and magnesium oil does take pain away so I'm glad I can do this at home and even add herbs I want to add arnica to it!!! ❤ So I'm working on digestive issues, auto imunne issues and back surgery which is the reason why I'm ointing this magnesium because it's too much. Any pointers would be appreciated as to what heebs tinctures to make!! 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Dear April,I have Crohn’s disease and Chronic anxiety/cptsd,and lots of surgery on my bowel,I’ve had sepsis twice, and pneumonia,35 years of all ofthis(I’m 67 now)and my Crohn’s is really bad again,so I’m pretty sure this would help me with magnesium levels.Thank you my dear lady.I am always touched deeply by how lovely a person you are. It’s not just your incredible knowledge,it’s your wonderful personality.Youare an awesome young wise woman, and I thank you so much for you being so kind to all of us folk.Much love and respect from over the pond in the UK.😘🙋♀️🙏❤️🐝🌳✌️💕

Heya, I just wanted to say thank you for your kind words and that because of all of your surgeries I'd also look into vitamin C/K1&K2/B12/A as these are also hard to absorb with gut issues and oftentimes surgery plummets our levels 💖
