Beau is a great journalist, and while he did let some of his country accent out in these early videos, it was to draw in people who were watching very different "information silo only" videos. His big mission is to de-escalate the the tension, bring transparency to politics, hold politicians accountable, and bring a reasonable head to current issues. Rather than jumping on "hot topics" to add some talking head noise, he tries to (as he puts it) "break it down into crayons" for the viewer. He is the only YTer who I watch every video that comes out, mostly to help have perspective on other political or world reporting I hear that day. I love your thoughtful and probing reactions to videos already, and I'd love to see you find other videos of Beau's to react to, which also then adds your voice to more of the conversation that we're all trying to have in one way or another. @@nuanil From justice. gov about Justin Eric King, AKA beau of the Fifth Column. Florida Man Convicted of Visa Fraud and Alien Smuggling Conspiracy Charges WASHINGTON - A Florida man has been convicted on seven counts of visa fraud and alien smuggling for his role in bringing aliens to work at major hotels and resorts in the Destin, Fla., area, Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Gregory R. Miller of the Northern District of Florida announced today. Justin King, 27, of Chipley, Fla., was convicted following a six-day jury trial in the Northern District of Florida in Pensacola of one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, five counts of visa fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit alien smuggling. Evidence presented to the jury showed that the conspiracy began as early as 1999, and escalated in 2003 when King’s co-conspirators successfully brought in more than 200 aliens to work as hotel housekeepers using fraudulent visas. King joined the conspiracy in 2005, and created and mailed fraudulent visa applications seeking more than 1,500 additional aliens. Foreigners can apply for non-immigrant visas called H2-B visas that permit them to come to the United States and temporarily work as unskilled laborers for a specific employer, if there are no local U.S. workers available for hire. Evidence presented during the trial showed that in some instances, the defendant and his co-conspirators had submitted visa petitions seeking to bring in substantially more alien workers than what client hotels had contracted for or needed. In other instances, the defendant and his co-conspirators used the forged letterhead of hotels to further their scam. Most of the alien workers brought in through the fraudulent visa scheme were contracted out to hotels and resorts other than those listed on their visa. According to the evidence, when the government became aware of the illegal conduct and stopped issuing visas petitioned by the labor contracting entity King and his co-conspirators were using, Eurohouse Holding Corporation, they created a new labor contracting corporation called Woland and continued their fraudulent activity. King faces a maximum of five years in prison on the visa fraud conspiracy charge. The visa fraud and the alien smuggling conspiracy counts each carry a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. The government is also seeking forfeiture of $3.2 million from the four defendants involved in this matter. Senior U.S. District Judge Lacey A. Collier set sentencing for Feb. 12, 2008. King’s three co-conspirators, Anna Czerwien, 57, Aleksander V. Berman, 38, and Vyacheslave Adol’fovich Finkel (also known as Stan), 45, had previously pleaded guilty and testified against King. The three await sentencing. The investigation of the case began in late 2005. The indictment resulted from joint investigation by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, the Department of Labor’s Office of Labor Racketeering and Fraud Investigation, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Citizenship and Immigration Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agencies. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Tiffany H. Eggers of the Northern District of Florida and Trial Attorney Arlene Reidy of the Domestic Security Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Wow two of my favorite channels finally meet. Very interesting. Edit: If police in America started a campaign to "drinking beer on a rooftop" with people then there wouldn't be such an issue. Edit 2: His reaction to ATF had me astounded. I really need to look into them more since I only fear the IRS and city police. Not sheriffs so much, just staters and city police and I'm a rural white. Edit 3: Yes you are a rural white. You make Wayne Brady look like Bryant Gumbel. 😂 Sorry I couldn't help myself. ❤❤

Beau is the best thing on youtube. Even conservative folk listen to him. He is always careful to word things in a way to not provoke a strong reaction so people can LISTEN to him. He does more for America than most. He is very well informed about military, police, constitution, and his take on things makes a lot of sense. He explains things in a simple way, even the warn in Ukraine. He's not a democrat or republic, however, he's actually very liberal. He lives in FL and does a lot of good work, helping out people during hurricanes, et. al.

Subscriber to Beau here, I’ve never seen this video but I will say that when things are going crazy in the world and I can’t get a handle on cause or path forward, I always dip into Beau’s channel to gain some knowledge and understanding. He is not always correct but he is a voice of reason when things are crazy.

Beau is a convicted felon who spent 41 months in federal prison for human trafficking. Specifically for trafficking young girls from Eastern Europe into Florida with two Russian accomplises. He grifts leftist rubes like a champ by telling them what they want to hear. He never spent a single day in the military either though he likes stupid leftist to think so

Beau is great. Objective in his reporting, generally. He has spoken several times about his political leanings, which, to my understanding, is basically liberal anarchist who really gets that his ideal and reality aren't likely to meet any time soon. He talks about cause and effect more than morality, but he shows good morals when that is the focus.

Thanks for reacting to this. I've been watching Beau for quite a while. He doesn't live far from me. He's extremely intelligent. I usually agree with him and even when i don't fully agree he makes me think and always gives me research ideas. I usually end up learning something. He also has helped me see things realistically when I feel panicked about an upsetting event.

I stumbled across Beau's channel a few years ago. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I soon came to realize that he's _exactly_ what I crave when it comes to political discourse: civil, well-informed, measured and rational. He always frames his subjects in a way that brings the temperature of the discussion down a few degrees. Speaking as a person with progressive leanings who struggled tremendously with anxiety and depression during the previous administration, I give Beau a lot of credit for helping me get through the nightmare that was 'all of 2020 + January 2021' with my sanity intact. His videos were very calming for me.

From what I have learned from listening to Beau for about a year is that he is far beyond what is considered left leaning. He is not a Communist, btw. As for your gun habits, a cousin of mine from Georgia once said, "his skin maybe black but his neck is definitely red," when talking about his friend.

I am a rural white female, raised on a farm, I never had the fear of the cops like I had while living in a big city. It was palpable. I saw them treat my neighbors with great disrespect. It did not happen TO me, but I have EYES and I don't like when other people are badly treated. It's a knee jerk thing for me to react to someone else being punched. No don't deFUND the police, but keep them on a higher level. They definitely need to be SORTED OUT. I have met loving, caring local law enforcement and have never had a problem. A few of the city cops as well were nothing but supportive. But we NEED to sort out the bad apples, for everyone's sake. YES we need to work together; it's a racial problem on their end, not OURS. There is an old medieval song. A king is called to help his neighbors. They are attacked from the east, west, north, south, in succession....and each time he declines to help, as it's not HIS problem. Naturally, at the end, he is attacked, and has no friends to call to. His lack of concern for others left him without friends. It IS OUR problem.

I've been listening to Beau, for years. I absolutely love the way he presents his topics, matching his t-shirt to the same, adding an object on the shelves, or flipping the curious George patch upside down when he's being sarcastically funny. I watch all 4 videos a day, because he makes me curious, but more importantly, calm... Just because you reacted to Beau's video (do more) I'll subscribe to your channel. :)

A Beau throwback! He is fantastic. He’s got a great handle on who his audience is, and how he can reach them ,while still allowing for those who disagree with him a place to voice their opinion. , His message is clear and consistent , and cuts through. the noise of the daily news . It’s a fantastic community too, it’s a group I’ve enjoyed learning from.

Thank you for reacting to this. I am a rural, multiracial, gun owning Texan. I'm not really phased by any of the Alphabet Agencies as much as I am by the corrupt and inept county sheriff's office. This is a much older video of Beau's. This is when he used a more embellished version of his accent. He's a very insightful person and I've watched his channel for many years. He puts out several videos a day. It's worth watching more of his videos if you're so inclined.

I've seen that video a few times. So I laughed so hard when you said you might be a rural white guy and never knew it because I knew Beau (whose real name is Justin King btw) was gonna be saying that rural white folks have more in common with black people in the city than they'll ever have with their federal politicians. And as my mummum would say- it tickled me pink- because you pretty much kept making all his points in a single human being. LOVE THAT You take care and be safe

Actually I do have a little fear of cops, we have a lot of corrupt police here and you never know which one you're going to get. We also have a lot of tree cops here, (national park police) as our town is in a national park, and they will pull you over for anything and everything. Also being poor I don't have money for fines. I had a truck with tinted windows, when put on it was legal but with time and age it got scratched and dirty and according to them wasn't legal anymore, had to sell the truck to pay the fines. I have also had them at my house hunting a missing kid, and because a long time ago my son snuck and friend in that was a runaway, they had it on file that I harbored teens in the past. Which was crazy because I didn't even know the kid was in my house and when I found him I gave him three options, call his parents to come get him, call the police and inform them... or I would call the police. He opted to call the police which is how there was a record. So yeah, I don't trust police at all outside of a few who I'm friends with. Also BLM could also be bureau of land management and that would be my guess as they are pretty active out west. They have a history of taking land that doesn't belong to them, or deciding what it can and can not be used for.
