Literally wanted to give you the biggest hug when you started crying 😮😣 Hope things stay civil between you and Jack. Things to stay calm; mix it up at the gym and maybe try some classes if they have any, do a budget to help you with your finances, then re do it once the mortgage is sorted, save as much as possible, write down how you're feeling whether it's on paper or in a blog, talk to people live your friend Liv or your sister and take as much me time as you need to x

You can do this and things will get easier. Your a fabulous mummy and Rosie will love you regardless. I often do mindfulness and I've found a great book. Its called practical mindfulness. I can totally understand you my dear. I had my daughter when I was 21 years old and it took me some time to finally organise myself, find a routine for both of us and feel in a better place generally speaking (I apologise if my English is not perfect, it’s not my mother tongue but I really wanted to comment here as I know how you feel when recording this video) Please remember that you are doing an amazing job and try not to overthink on how this current situation could affect your daughter. Kids need love and also for their parents to make them feel secure and I can see how you are excelling on all that. Don’t be too hard with yourself. We all learn during our journey in life. Be proud of yourself as you are amazing! And try to give some time for pampering yourself as your body and mind need it. It is part of recharging your batteries. Some friends like going to yoga. Or to a spa. I was more than happy with having 10 mins to enjoy my cup of tea without having to rush to do something. I also did my degree via a distance University while having two jobs so I truly know how hectic life could feel but again, whenever you hear this little voice inside you that make you doubt how amazing you are doing tell it to shut up and remind yourself how you can do it! You can do anything my dear. Please allow me to finish my message by sending a big hug your way. Love, Mayte

Sorry to see you sad Heather. Please get help & support from your loved ones. That's what family & friends are for. It's OK to ask for help. We all need help at some stage in our lives - it does not equal failure. Rosie is beautiful xx

I'm okay, just needed to vent and let it all out I think 😂 thank you for your comment, I need to try and talk to friends/family more but they are all so opinionated it can be more daunting than to just keep things to myself 😂🙈 x

Aaaw Heather, I totally relate to where you are with regards to mental issues. Just take one day at a time and be kind to yourself, you are a fantastic mum. Have you tried doing 5d diamond painting (you tube it) it is a fantastic way to de - stress and distract yourself

Don't bottle your emotions up, let it all out. Sometimes you have to talk to people about what your going through. I had to have cbt & I hated the thought of opening up to a stranger but after the first couple of times, it got easier. Xxx

I just struggle with talking to people because everyone is so opinionated and I don't want people's opinions, I just want to vent 😂 I'll be okay, I'm trying to learn to open up a bit xx

Heather Darroch me to! I couldn't open up to my family because they were to close to me to understand how I felt. Peoples opinions don't help. Councillors just sit & listen. Hope your in a better place soon. Xxx

Well you are living very intensive things at the same time. After 6 months you will open a new door for a better career. You will earn better money. Beautiful Rosie will need less time from you, she will start in 1-2 years to go to kindergarden. You will even have more time for yourself and self care. You already manage this now amazing but in some years you won't have this stress that you have now. Keep calm and watch Gilmore Girls :)
