Shawnee Corn Bread
2 cups Shawnee Best yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk, eggs and melted shortening or oil and mix well.
Pour into well-greased 8 inch pan and bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.
