Instant Ramen Pizza! I use a Blackstone Pizza Oven but this easily can be made in a home oven with a normal pizza stone.
Below are the ingredients:
14 Inch Ramen Pizza
DOUGH
Flour: 250 grams (00 Caputo Flour)
Water: 150 grams (Tap Water)
Yeast: 1/4 tsp (Instant Dry Yeast)
Sugar: 1/4 tbsp (Sugar)
Salt: 1/4 tbsp (Kosher Salt)
Oil: 1/2 tbsp (Olive Oil)
Extra: 1 packet Ramen Seasoning
Mix together and then kneas with a stand mixer for 15 minutes. When the dough is slgithly tacky make into a ball and refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
RAMEN
2 blocks Maruchan Ramen Noodles
1 cup Tap Water
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
2 packets Ramen Seasoning
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 stick Butter
Stretch dough out to 14 inch circle. Make sure to dust your peel or cookie sheet before placing dough ontop. Use two forks to spread cooked ramen and its excess juices ontop of dough.
CHEESE
Sharp Cheddar
Whole Milk Mozzarella
Shred cheese and add as much as you see fit.
COOKING
Preheat your oven and stone to 550. Shake your peel/cookie sheet lightly to slide pizza off onto stone. Keep an eye on the bottom of the pie, use a spatula to check it intermittently. At about 4 minutes,, transfer the pizza to a pizza screen or to the top rack. Let cook for another 4 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted
FINISH
Cut some scallions and top on the pizza with a srirach drizzle.
