For the attacked that killed an enemy, you SHOULD have rolled three times. Grease gun would have shot off all the bullets, and only later would have determined if the soldier was killed. You needed to shoot three times to see if you expended your ammo.

I don't think you double up on morale for the purposes of eliminating a soldier. -3 for wounds, with a TQ of 5 is NOT further modified by shaken. I think you would need a total of -5 wounds, for a soldier TQ of 5.

Checking the rules you are correct. TQ negatives do not come in to play in determining death or incapacitated.

If terrain is considered to fill the entirety of a hex, the Rapid Firing German CANNOT see Goldstein. If you trace an LOS along the hex spine between the Tree and the Open hexes range 1 from the German and continue that LOS, you see that anything that would be on the Tree-side of that LOS is blocked, meaning Goldstein in the Rocks. I just received a reply from the designer at the Consimworld Forum that you use the actual artwork when tracing LOS. Kind os makes those "squiggly" hedges seem rather bizarre.
