It’s a smart thing to do, just get what you need instead of getting a bunch of things and you don’t even know it’s existence

Mate, I put FYRLYT halogen driving lights onto my 76 series, which I love, but they’re bloody expensive so I fully understand you going for a pair of Kings. I bet your spotties give heaps of light. I tow a heavy boat & don’t need a winch, but I fully understand why you installed one. The only time I’m in 4wd is on the beach. The one mod I think all 70 series owners need to do is install the cruiser console. It just makes the cabin so much more comfortable. I love the sound of your beast. I may in due course chip mine for more torque for towing, better sounding exhaust and hvy duty clutch. I’d love to know your thoughts re: chipping etc. I agree with your sentiments on all your other points Cheers

Hey mate appreciate the feedback I personally wouldn't chip it while you may see some minor gains I personally feel for the money exhaust clutch tune with a reputable tuner is far better. Chips are a generic map and are treated as a 1 size fits all where as a tuner will do a custom tune to you vehicle based around whatever supporting mods you may have. Down under diesel in Sydney didn't mine and I have done about 90,000km and never missed a beat absolutely love it. The kings lights go hard for the price but just don't compare to the reputable brands my mates Stedi lights make mine look like the aren't even on side by side haha. Have a good one mate hope this helps!
