A weekend getaway to a place far from city noises, A cottage-like home right next to the river, Midnight stories while spotting deer, An early morning trek before heading back to the city.. Letter #95, Thoughts From a Forest is about all that, two storytellers and some interesting conversations.. And monkeys..

"I felt like going into the screen and sitting among the trees while watching the video" Happy the video did that to you 😄It's a beautiful place! Oh yea, the song was relatable(after I read its english translation). Can't tell this to my mother though 😉 Thank you for the message and the kind words 🙏🙌🏾

@@broodingbrook english translation? You don't know Hindi? And yes, just imagine your friends watching this video and calling up your mom saying, "Aunty, your son calls himself a homeless traveller"😂 (Musafir without ghar or thikana would in short be a "homeless traveller")

@@deka997 sadly, I can neither speak nor understand hindi beyond the basic. I want to change this though, missing out on so many conversations when I travel. Aunty, your son calls himself a homeless traveller" - not good at all 😄😄😄 I love the word Musafir and how it sounds. Next time someone asks me about me, I will tell them, "Hello, I am a Musafir". Sounds GRAND, no? 😄

@@broodingbrook you should listen to more hindi songs then (songs and cartoons taught me more hindi than school, along with the serials that i used to watch with my mom when I was young👀) You can even listen to some urdu songs, they use such beautiful words and phrases, you'll fall in love with the language. Urdu and hindi are very similar. Imagining the convo, Stranger: hi, I'm xyz, what's your name? Brooding brook: "I am a...... MUSAFIR✨✨✨" Make sure to film their reaction and upload it here😂😂

@@deka997 that's smart! My sister too has learned Hindi a similar way - watching serials and movies. Another reason I want to learn Hindi is for that exact reason. It sounds beautiful and poetic. I hope I will get there soon 🤞 That's an interesting conversation 😄I will make it happen sometime for me to see their reaction. I will try to record if possible 😉 "when I was young" - you are still very young, at least that's how I see you through the words.
