I sleep with your books in my bed. Thank you so much for everything. Fred Rogers is my hero and you have the same vibe as him. 😊

So helpful, I got rattled by a lot of small but difficult things happening together. I had to settle down and remember the bigger picture. Thank you Rick. ☀️😃

Confronting the naturally rude and crude doesn't help them, or you. I recently exposed myself to an estranged parent, and I realized how far I have come self nurturing, but I thought myself able to handle it again, not, not even for a week. so healthy to get away, except others see it as missing something good, huh??

I've been going through the Wednesday meditation and talks archive and taking them from the beginning interspersed between courses. I've just finished "Letting go of toxic self doubt..." and found that the talk reinforced and reminded me of some things I've learned before and given me a better idea of how to handle a situation I feel a bit lost in mentally (i.e. don't know how to handle) at the moment. I've had this sort of problem before but now feel better able to handle it. Thank you!
