It’s because when he trains he’s training for strength instead of hypertrophy hyperthrophy is what body builders train it makes the mass of your muscles bigger but not the strength. Strength training doesn’t necessarily make you bigger but you are way stronger than someone who hypertrophy trains.

@@its_Kiminari yes but no, strength training is does build muscle slower than hypertrophy training but it still does build muscle really well and i don't think he trains in that 3-5 rep range which is optimal for strength training. It probably has to do with his diet

Why is no false grip muscle up so high? Why is Lsit MU harder than front lever MU? Btw, I was genuinely impressed X-grip and one arm muscle up. You are much stronger than you look!!

no false grip muscle up is actually way harder than you think. How much we grip is what mostly allows us to muscle up, that's why the reversed grip or the x muscle ups are easier. But with less gripping like this, it's like almost impossible. Have you watched saypookguy's no thumb no false grip muscle up? He was sort of struggling to do that
