Incredible! My parents have been big fans since the 80's and with me being born in the 90's, I've grown up hearing their songs. Next time they tour, I'm for sure going! After 20 years of listening to tapes and CDs I need to experience this for real!

Go man go!! I've been to their concerts when they had the original line up. I loved it so much! Never wanted it to end. They are just incredible musicians! Mark and Mike are the only original members left and they will not disappoint. ✌😎

Funking brilliant! I was fortunate to meet the man a few years ago. An absolute gentleman. No ego or attitude whatsoever. Also, when I remarked that he shook my hand with his left hand, he told me he is naturally left handed. Apparently 'Macaris' a guitar shop in London where Mark King used to work only sold right handed instruments. He used to practice there during 'dead time.' The rest as they say is history. Did you know he started off on drums and by all accounts was bloody good too.

Here's a little bit of trivia for those who are in awe over Mark King & his bass talent! " Mark is naturally Left-Handed yet he plays on Right-Handed Bass Guitars " When i heard about this many years ago I naturally put it down to the fact that he played drums for years , before going on to pick up a bass guitar & I had this confirmed from another bassist who as far as I know , has met him Mark & has the photographs to back it up... No as far as I know the bassist I've gotten to chat with didn't pay extra for a All Pass VIP treatment... Which usually sees fan's being aloud to see the band members/talk to them & have pictures taken along with other all access passes stuff but it can vary as some bands do this before they play Live but it's not unknown for it to happen after a gig... But I'd put my money on before they go on stage to play Live as those Stage Lights alone can cause any band members to sweat profusely & of course they'll just want to chill after a Live Gig... You can look this up on the internet with regards to Mark King being naturally Left-Handed , as drummers tend to use unorthodox methods when playing drums & there's also the fact of playing with 2 sticks & Floor Tom , & Mark never really stopped to think about it & he'll always being an amazing bassist/song writer/drummer/percussionists & plays other instruments , but I pretty much think that for someone who can play a right handed bass guitar the he does shows you how talented he is... As far as I know I don't think Mark has been classed as ambidextrous , but I could be wrong!.. I forgot to mention incase there's fans out there that don't know this & that is Mark fully intended to play drums in a professional band but once he saw & heard Phil Gould plsy drums he knew he was in the presence of a truly amazing drummer & decided to put all notions of becoming a drummer in a professional band but he still plays on the drums when he has yhe tome... I love it when they play certain songs that have percussive drums on the stage & at certain points , usually , at the end of the song & I wish they would use them more often as they have great songs that had percussive drums used on them & when they were touring in 82 or 83 they had a full time percussion player but I can't remember his name & why he never ended up as a full member of the band but then again its not as if they had a very large selection of songs with percussion drums being played & having 1 full time might have been deemed not to be needed full time... I do not mean any disrespect towards Nate aka Nathan Kind on Lead & Rhythm Guitar in my humble & honest opinion is he's a better bass player thatva lead guitarists & though I'm not going to compare Nate to Boon but Nate does at times not have the sounds he should be getting when playing as Boon played the same lead guitars but was more dynamic & powerful with his hard sounds & then there's the times you have to really listen to , to hear Boons other style of playing , as he'd be playing notes just under the radar of the rest of the band & maybe many have missed this but if you took Boon out at those stages you'd soon hear that he was playing... For what i remember about Boon's approach to playing lead & rhythm guitar was not your usual in your face lead guitarist & as i said he'd ve playing his guitar but not in an overly powerful way & it was finding those times when he did this that I found to be very enjoyable , as I remember playing an album of Level 42 & the song escapes me but my friend who visited me & listened to the song said " The Lead Guitarist doesn't do much does he " Thats when I told him your looking for Boon in all the wrong places & he doesn't feel the need to blast is leas guitar up when playing his fills but listen hard enough & your hear Boon playing & it wasn't just at solo's or the 1 time Boon just let rip at the start of " Lessons In Love " when he plays those distorted power chords & I can't remember any other time did this on an recorded songs... " Boon Gould Is Sadly Gone , But He Won't Be Forgotten " RIP Peace Roland Charles Gould , aka as Boon... ..... In light of this still ongoing coronavirus and it's variants stay safe and healthy wherever you are in this world...
