I love Lewis because he never stops learning- about himself, about relationships, about people, business, life. He's aggressive about his own personal development and it's paid off. Love you Lewis. (and Tom) :)

Never stops learning is something I did when I started the journey of stopping nailbiting habit. This really changed the way I was able to solve this issue. Now after finding the solution, we decided it's time to help others. We started posting videos on our youtube channel and this is something we are really excited about. (Especially the smile we see on people's faces after they are able to stop :))

I feel like I can relate to Lewis a lot. I've been told that I can see patterns in life and I've had internal anger/hurt/resentments/life ending thoughts pent up (still do to some extent). I'm trying to grow and figure out what I really want to do and how to apply myself, but I keep getting stuck in my own head. Getting help is honestly where I'm heading, but as Lewis was speaking at the beginning, I literally was like "omg it's me". So thank you Tom for having Lewis on, it's helped me feel not so alone and that there is a future for me.

I think both Lewis and Tom shared interesting perspectives on paid coaching. I used to think that coaching is the only way to uplevel ourselves but over the years, I find that it’s only a good option depending on the season of life you’re in. If you are seeking outside support a coach is great, but if you’re in a season of silence and solitude, you’re better off self studying or attending a quiet solo retreat. While I do agree with having coaches to spot blind spots and give us feedback, we still have to be in a state of willingness to receive it. I don’t suggest people hire out coaches without self reflecting on their current needs and goals. I also believe coaching is beneficial if you find the right match and your expectations are clear. But many people hire coaches without enough self awareness and that usually ends up painting a negative light on paid coaching, or the coach themselves did not properly vet their clients.

Interesting point Lewis brings up about taking input from anyone and everyone and using it constructively. For a long time I've used the same general idea. The instances I still struggle with is when someone approaches and, under the thinly-veiled guise of "constructive criticism," begins to insult, knowingly and in bad faith, the topic at hand. They just want to try to minimize you and try to make you as small as possible. I despise people like that, and always feel compelled to call them out on it and ask them if such regressive behavior is really benefiting their life.

29:10 - The best lesson of this Interview- **English/Spanish** What I've learned is that love is not enough for a long term committed, healthy relationship to fully work. Thank you 🙏

Love you both guys! Beautiful interview. Thank you, Lewis, for your vulnerability. I've been learning a lot from both of you guys but what I must honestly admit, what stroke me in the interview is that it seems like you, Lewis, are talking to more privileged people who can afford a coach/trainer. I think if you would like to expand your audience/help more people, you should take Tom's approach into consideration and show people that they can already improve their lives, learn new skills, healing their traumas, start working out etc, whatever they want to learn, just by putting the time and focus (youtube, books and podcasts)so they are not limited by their financial situation. You should focus more on people, who think they can't achieve what they want and have an extraordinary life because they come e.g. from poor, or dysfunctional families with limited beliefs. That's, why I resonate more with Tom, whose message to the world, is: 'Doesn't matter where you were born, who are your parents, your status, financial situation or age...You can become whoever you want. You can figure it all out by yourself! There is plenty of free knowledge. So yeah Tom- you are a legend and extremely inspiring. I hope one day, both of you can set up a sponsorship for individuals who can't afford to pay for your coaching but are so motivated and will do anything it takes to get to the level you are! Would love to hear your thoughts about it. Peace & Love, Ula

Because complete alignment with vision and values is not really probable, you will need commitment to fill in the gaps. Through commitment you will learn how to give grace to your partner. In relationships, the problem is values and visions change over time. You can click with someone in every way even want the same things for the future then 5 years later you realize the person has changed so much and no longer want the same things. A relationship is a gamble. You hope to "grow" together in the same direction.

I'm surprised no one posted the language learning technique that uses physical movements to teach language. The form I'm familiar with with is called TPR = Total Physical Response. It's usually used at the beginning of language learning when the vocabulary is limited, but I think it should be used at the later stages as well. Also, I enjoyed the episode and especially the talk on vision and pattern recognition. Reminded me of those puzzles that are made up of the squares that you move around to organize the image. We may know what the end product is supposed to look like, but some people are better at putting those individual elements in their proper place and the best way to make it happen. Other people know what the end result is supposed to look like, but keep shuffling the elements around not able to make the final image and the image in their grasp match.

I've followed and admired both of you, Tom another great interview as always. Great to see you back in the studio btw. Lewis. I have to say I am both humbled and inspired at your level of honesty and humility here. You had no obligation to speak about your private life and your breakup. I fkin love this about you and this is what I, as a veteran of 4 operational tours of duty 2 in warzones I see only strength and honour in you as a fellow man. Outstanding conversation shared between you both!

Pick up the book “eight dates” by john Gottman and his wife , it is excellent format to go on discovery getting to know self and partner. .Gottmans are relationship researchers attend a workshop if you can, they define the Masters and Disasters of relationship and break things down to what matters

I love what Lewis speaks into in terms of relationship. I can say that I massively failed for that exact reason as well and all of my past relationships. Tina Turner said the best What's Love got to Do with It 😂🤣

THE FEEDBACK ARC!!! Lewis and I attended the same workshop (not the same group; though, same company), in Los Angeles. The Feedback Arc is intense, though, SO BENEFICIAL.
