Step 1 works...the problem is, it keeps happening! Unplugging every time is getting very annoying. We need permanent fix from LG.

I found a temporary solution in my C2 but my English is very limited: 1. In the quick access menu (webOS updated to august 2024) add a new bottom for screen shut down and press it. 2. As soon as screen is black press back bottom to activate again the screen 3. Voila! Sound works again. ¡Saludos!
