This would have been a good video to talk about replacing the fuel filter. I've not seen you guys mention it? It's becoming time that all S2Ks should consider it. Most of us can't test the old one, it would be cool to see you guys test it as the service guide says.

It's ashame Amercian Industries just don't get that you can get the same product made over seas made cheaper. Then people complain because it's made over seas. If it can be done over seas it can be done here.

@@monzsterman I’ve been making my parts in America for over 20 years. Meanwhile the prices have gone up and the quality gone down. Example, I’m selling the cap tool cheaper than my cost locally based on 100 parts. And the anodize isn’t as nice.

The straightener bar for the rear bumper is a fantastic idea, as is the oil cap remover. I've scraped my knuckles many a time trying to loosen mine 😁.

Interestingly, all year models of S2Ks in Australia (1999+) came with the wind deflector.

John, I saw a guy on YT replace his type r damper module with the type s one. Totally changed the characteristics for the better. Have you heard of this ?

Install a Hybrid Racing oil cap with a flip up wing. OEM plastic ones tend to break because of the heat.

@@mugen2002 I’ve been working on Hondas since I opened LHT in 1996. Never seen one break unless it’s some using a hammer to remove it.

I like the oil cap tool. I've been using a small rubber mallet and tap it loose.

@@darth420vader We’ve had them come in extremely tight and had to do that too. It makes me cringe as I hate damage parts, I once broke one doing that. Luckily we had a new spare.
