If someone willing to sold the business 👩💼 and introduce a girl 👧 for marriage? Why not try maple. However, the education system not suit to me . My next generation not a problem
These six points are pretty objective which i often heard from people who stay in CA or returned from CA to HK. Saw one comment below about language barrier which is true too (though people can probably survive without good English especially in some places in CA). Thanks for having a video to remind people, including me.
Well said! Can’t agree with you more! Living in a foreign land is a mega change and mighty challenge, like it or not! Thanks for sharing your video it’s cute and funny 😆
I have been living in the U.S. for more than 7 years and I totally agree with what he said. There's no point being mean and negative when you disagree on something.
Once you find yourself a full time job, everything gonna be easy. Stay with the local community as far as possible. You gonna have lot of fun in here. In Hong Kong no-pay overtime is a norm while here overtime hours are your own will. I am now retired after working for almost 20 yrs in Ontario. I enjoy my present job as a baby sitter for my 2 grands. Don't be discourage, life is much easy and enjoyable in here.

I've lived in Montreal, Canada for close to 25 years. Despite the weather (yes, it snows in April here), I love living here. I didn't move to Montreal with my family. I came here alone. Now, I have a stable job, a house, I speak French fluently (on top of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin), and I have a lot of friends, mostly non-Chinese. I daresay I have fully integrated into the local culture and society even though, for nostalgia's sake, I still visit the city's tiny Chinatown from time to time (for food) and I still care about what's happening in Hong Kong (not so much the popular culture there). My suggestion to those who want to move to Canada: if you want to completely transplant your lifestyle from Hong Kong to here (e.g. still watching all those shitty TVB shows and just hanging out with fellow Hongkongers and speaking Cantonese ALL THE TIME), then I suggest you not to leave Hong Kong at all. But if you are open-minded, want to become a citizen of the world, and appreciate the simple things of life, then Canada may suit you. (FYI though, I left Hong Kong for England when I was very young, and afterwards I lived in the U.S. for quite a long time as well before coming to Canada, so I am not your "typical" Hong Kong immigrant.)

The first video that I have visited in your channel , very funny and nice 🤣
1. Loneliness - There are tons of Chinese people in Toronto and Vancouver, and there are many Chinese restaurants. If you can't make friends in here, that's your problem. 2. High Taxes - I agree HK has lower taxes compare to Canada, but Canada has better social programs and health care system than HK. At least, you don't have to worry about retirement after 65 unlike the people from HK. 3. Cultural differences - Why do you care about LGBT when you don't live in that community? If you don't like them, then stay out. LGBT is everywhere including HK. 4. start from the beginning - It is not that hard to find a good job, you just need to do research and find a way to get back into your field. I know there are tons of Mainland Chinese and Indian who are working in their field and make decent income. Again, you won't be successful if you only stay in your bubble. 5. Weather - Weather is pretty decent in Canada compare to HK. less air and water pollution, and you won't get heat stroke during summer. 6. Avoid people from Mainland China - THOSE PEOPLE ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!!! THIS IS YOUR DUMBEST REASON NOT TO MOVE TO CANADA.

Nobody is certain that they can live longer than 65! What if you have a stroke and can't drive a car for your grocery?
@Anna Chan Maybe they "discriminate" against you because you are uneducated and you can't even speak English properly. Your written English is painful to read. With your "victim" mentality, anywhere you go, you will not succeed. BTW, Canada is one of the most exemplary and successful democratic countries in the world. If you think otherwise, then you really need to educate yourself and explore beyond your little world.

C Y Tsui: Did you ask him, " When will you go back to China?"
1) If you have money, you wouldn't be lonely. 2) If you have a job, you don't need to be rich. 3) To migrant to Canada, you must learn English. 4) Are you selfish? How did you parents start a new life in Hong Kong? You will do the same thing, start over a new life. 5) Move to America, a best place to live in North America. 6) Are you kidding? How could you avoid to living away from Chinese?

I don't feel the weather is cold at all! The weather in Vancouver is excellent and the weather in Toronto is also excellent in March to November, only a little bit cold in Dec to Feb, but wearing a down jacket makes you comfortable. On the other hand, Hong Kong is much too hot now, hard to bear with !

@chanfranc
4 жыл бұрын
@@hinsn1887 It means if you are retired and don't need to work to get income. Then you can live in an area surrounded by Chinese supermarkets and restaurants.
Heaps of them just return to HK soon after they get a passport. The downside you mentioned about Canada could be the upside to some people as they just wanna live a simple life with peace and quiet like me. And there're always some suburbs with much less Chinese which is even better for the cheaper houses. There'll be much more people coming from HK during this political chaos including those asylum seekers.

Everyone speaks his mind. When a person talks, it is implying and representing his own stance. Mr. / Miss Goju Ryu was just inspired then responded to what the messages this video gave.
Thanks for your video, you are so good in artistic industry. You give us various opinion and I understand,每件事主旨係一個,而呢個係共有嘅、貌似矛盾嘅「建議」+「反話」同時出現嘅主旨形式。 我。明。呀!💗唔好帶啲怒氣反問我「咁都唔明?」喔(我唔係有要令你帶出強勢語力反問我嘅意思的,希望明白T^T)Thank you to the user named "黑妹", too^^ 妳話我有問題,其實冇呀,多謝關心。係呀,佢嘅points係會去到直接承受和面對。大家移民可以真係參考一下,三思囉~

Haha.....you are right. I totally agree. Adjustment to the change of environment is not going to be easy. Everything must started from square one again. The same when I went to HK, Taiwan or USA.......but it depends on how young you came to Canada. If you came to Canada when you were less than ten years old, then you shouldn't have problem. Of course, it depends on your family/education background also.
You are misinforming people here. Yes they should reconsider coming to Canada if they have doubts but to your points, 1- lonely? cant you find friends by going to church, events? There are many friendly people in Canada. I am sure you can find friends that way. 2 - get rich? A goal is a goal, whether you are in HK or in Canada, the market strategy will change but does not mean you cant be rich if the idea is good 3-culture shock is 101, the basic to people who are new to the country. With all the chinese markets, I dont see there would be much struggle in Vancouver/Toronto. 4-restart - well depending on how you look at it. Some people love a restart 5-weather - HK has 6 months of unbearable hot weather. Indoor Heat in Canada is common and must have by law. 6- avoid some people - that is ridiculous. I will give you an example, you have 10 oranges, you have two boxes, one is a larger box, which one do you think has more space and less likely to touch each orange when you place them in the boxes??

Bill Chan One man's food, another man's poison! Have you heard that before? Not every exactly like you. e.g. if not a catholic, how can he or she go to church to make new friend? If it is so easy to get rich, (like you?) there would be no poor guy on the roads. Had you met some asking for money on a busy road when you were driving while some sitting on the ground, especially China town in Vancouver down town. Life is not easy!
