Navajo code was never broken by Japanese intelligence in WW2 ! For the Japanese it sounded like Americans were talking underwater. The code was protected at all costs! "War is a mind against mind game." - Sun Tzu, The Art of War.

In 1978 I was working at a nuclear power plant and they put me at the very top to hang iron with a group of mohawks and one of them was in the 1st wave that hit the beach at iwo jima And he would break out a newspaper article from the town that he was from New York and he wasn't lying only 2 people survived in his unit The newspaper article was torn and frayed and it told the story of what they did and it was unbelievable I was the only white guy on the crew and I was 18 years old so I was the pup and they always play jokes on me and we had a lot of fun The war heroes name was John and he liked to be called Indian John and he was getting ready to retire and I remember each and every one of them smoked so much pot when we were building the is the containment for the nuclear reactor It was unbelievable I was really scared to be up that high but once I got stoned I relaxed and could do my job and they always watched out for me If we were up so high off of the ground that safety people would not come up there or any bosses they left us alone to hang the iron and these mohawks knew exactly what to do I'll never forget it

The Movie Code Talkers, was an Excellent Film. As for the realistic Authenticity of the Action Sequences the Director, and Producer's Showed in the Film? I'm Not Sure how much was Real, or just Great theorizing by Hollywood? But I do Know it was Brilliant when I First Seen it? And even Many Year's Later. IT was just as Powerful, & as Impressive as the First Time I Saw it. IF I'm Not, mistaken it was John Woo, who Choreographed the Action Sequences, throughout the Film, and was Very Highly, Acknowledged for this Outstanding Work. So Thank You for Sharing this.
