What an absolute pro! Watch what happens at 32:32. His sleeve gets snagged by the other sleeve but he keeps the flow, adding an extra measure of music that doesn't really take away from the performance. I've watched this several times but just now caught it. This has happened to me several times when I've been playing, but I doubt I've handled it as gracefully as Lee.

TERRIFIC GRAPHICS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SHOW. Did you do those or was this all from a TV special? I knew Liberace through my dear friend, Ray Arnett -his producer & director for 30 years. Ray (who died at the age of 98 this past March) designed all physical aspects of the production -chandeliers, mirror balls, piano on revolves, flying Liberace, cars on stage and cued it ALL the lighting manually & REAL TIME from the wings -this left Liberace free to ENTERTAIN -responding to the energy of the audience ...he could change the song order -if he was going wild with arpeggios Ray could cue lights he pre-set that highlighted just the piano keyboard. Thanks for Posting ...the Miracle of Modern Digital Film Editing!! xoxo :)
