My first husband was Liberian, and all of the dishes were good, especially palm butter and egg plant stew. But most dishes come from some of the simplest things and are amazing. I love the barbecue and meat sticks that are like suya from Nigeria. Meats were soccer game day meals. There are some dishes that are so good but the names are not there for me but I can remember the taste. Pepper soup with fufu is another favorite. ❤ keep putting your favorite thing down, and I am in. Because your fans need that.
