In this video I do my best to explain the four types of Mexican Silver one ounce LIBERTAD TYPES. Libertads are Mexico's bullion coin. Lately, they've been collected for their numismatic or coin collector value as well. Mexican silver Libertad coins have changed over the years starting with the "old school" lettered edged coins or rounds to the modern reeded edged Libertad. Libertad coins are also called "onzas" or even "gorditas" by some. The Winged Angel of Victory and the Mexican Coat of Arms have also changed on the obverse and reverse over the years. I hope you enjoy this video. I put my corazon (heart) into every episode!
