As a little girl, I had an aunt who lived far away. Every Christmas she would send a gift box full of “ bits and bobs”. She was a very creative person, and you just never knew what would be in the box. It was one of the best Christmas treasures and memories I have. Watching you gather together things to put together reminded me of my dear Aunt Knotty. You, too, are a treasure that has entered my life, inspiring my creative side daily.

The shipping problem is very frustrating. I had ordered a vintage pattern from a lovely Englisch lady last year and this is what happened : After 4 weeks of waiting, the pattern was returned to her and the label put on by german customs said, that it was never picked up. The odd thing though is, that I was never informed that I had gotten a parcel. I was so mad about that. The English lady refunded my money, but she had lost money in the whole process and I lost out on a beautiful pattern. The Englisch lady then wrote to me, telling me about her son's magazine business, which had magazines sent back from Germany without explanation. I am telling you, I wish you guys would cancel this whole Brexit thing and Britain go back to how it has been. I do not dare to order anything from GB again, until this postal catastrophie has been fixed.

Re checkered pillow: Your instructions for a 12-inch pillow are to cut 1-1/2 inch strips, TWELVE OF EACH COLOR (video at 20:16). I did, and ended up with a net width of 24 inches. Where did I go wrong? (I believe your video shows only 6 strips of each colour.)
