David "Charlie" Kiely remembers that his mum didn't want him to be a fisherman on the west coast of Tasmania.
After forty years Mr Kiely is now retiring from crayfishing on one of the wildest and most dangerous coastlines in the world.
He has lost friends and fellow fishermen to the ferocious mood swings of the Southern Ocean. But he has also experienced raw, powerful nature and wildly beautiful coastlines that few others ever see.
