the whole video was like a poem, or a life set in poetry. I loved how even without speaking it tells such a rich story about your life. The way you captured the trees and the sun and the water and the fresh air, it really transported us to northern Europe in Finland or Sweden or wherever it was set. Everything is so calm and peaceful and wholesome and fresh. I think the fact that you always try to engage with the fresh air (I think it's called FRILUFTSLIV in Swedish which is fresh-air-living) really is such a great way of living. I honestly felt the fresh, wholesome, cleansing oxygen going into my own cells lol watching this! Your kitchen has the most amazing view too!

This was a lovely video! The music and cinematography all worked so well together! I've never had fermented buckwheat bread before, I'll try that myself soon. Not sure what you did with the almond pulp, but that could've gone into the bread mix as well if you make the milk beforehand. :) Thanks for the inspiration! Greetings from Stockholm!

Hi! Thanks! 😊 I’ve tried to make crackers out of the pulp, but they came out incredibly dry, even though I used olive oil, etc. At the moment, I’m throwing most of it away into my compost pile in the garden, but sometimes I use some of it in baking sweets. I make almond milk often, so I have pulp left for use often too. I do need to find some good ways to use it in recipes! 🙂

Hi, I'm from Argentiba. I really love your videos. Please let me tell you that it's recommended to ferment buckwheat and others with an acid like lemon (two or three tablespoons) because of the antinutrients. As well you should never use the same water, strain it and put again. Just some healthy advice ❤️

Hi, beautiful video, so cozy! I am from Oregon in the US and I tried to click the Amazon link to find the tea light ceramic houses but it didn’t work probably because I’m across the sea. How would I find such a treasure? Is there a keyword in the title of it that would help me find it on Amazon?
@idyllineverydaylife
10 ай бұрын
Hi! Some of the links are from Amazon Germany because the US doesn't sell some of the items I'm sharing. However, the ceramic houses are from a brand named Ib Laursen; you could try to Google that. I do receive a small commission when people use the provided links, so I encourage using them (😜), but I also understand if they are not working.

Hello, I tried your bread recipe today, but even though I baked it for about 2 hours, the inside of the bread remained very wet and the bread was very heavy. What could be the reason for this? Thank you
@idyllineverydaylife
7 ай бұрын
Hi! That's interesting. I've been making this bread for a few years now, and I've never experienced it remaining wet inside. However, this bread is indeed much heavier and denser compared to wheat sourdough bread, due to the nature of buckwheat. I actually baked the same bread in the video 'Preparing for Christmas Eve,' where I cut it open so you can see how it turned out. Similar recipes can be found on the internet, so maybe you could try those. Hope it helps! :)
