This week me and Mai went to one of the biggest summer festival in Japan, toro nagashi or known as floating lantern. It is an old traditional ceremony where people releases paper lanterns and it floats through the river, sending away and pray for the souls of the deceased. Before that, we spent some time around Ueno Park checking the museums there.
