In the exercise you are standing tall. I thought you had to put a bend in the knees when addressing the ball.

Millie great question! We like to teach our players to start with "Conversation Knees" so a slight bend in the knees. In this segment, we are showing that it is a common misunderstanding that golfers need to lower their whole body to make solid contact with the ball. Rather, the best players in the world use front bends and side bends with their spines to achieve the posture necessary to stay down through the swing. These drills give the golfer a better understanding and feel to stop lifting up.
