How to make this lemon cake without yogurt.
Ingredients:
3 eggs M.
180 g of sugar.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
100 ml of very hot water.
Lemon juice, 40 ml.
220 g of all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon of chemical elevator, 10 g.
Pinch of salt.
Mix the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume and turn white.
Add the oil and lemon juice, then the hot water.
Finally add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix by hand.
Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour. Shake off what is left over.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 180ºC - 360ºF.
