I am so sweatinggggg, felt like strength training session, really a great workout. It attacks at the correct muscle, good for recovery. Now I know which part of my body that is tight. Thank you sisss

At first I thought "Oh okay. I'll try a light day workout." But then omg. 😅 This is different than the usual workouts with faster movements but this one left me refreshed after.

I was so sweating afterwards. My younger brother did this with me and hes not sweaty at all. I love these videos too. Since I've started doing these videos, I've been feeling a lot better about myself

I am a deep fan of your inner and outer thighs session... I wanted really something light yet effective. When I went through the video first, I felt that; yes this is easy. But, Oh man, requires mental stability in identifying the core and not to move out from balancing. Wow, I really had a sweaty session and felt so so good. Thank you so much for making my day 💪😃

No exercise encourages better growth, also try adding more arm exercises such as pike push ups or weighted L raises, good luck to you
