This special Shabbi Chic charm is created by the painting technique. With a white glaze creates a lime effect. Simply create a texture with a paste and sand. Then with liquid acrylic ink in gold, color the base. This sunny hue shines through the layers. I didn't want the earthy red shades at first but later I missed them. So I just added the rose effect, at the end, with a special pen. The combination with turquoise underline the antique effect and looks like oxidized copper. So you have a colorful mix of materials and shades. Overall, however, the artwork looks light through the layered painting. Because the transitions of the paints become smoothy and flow into each other. You can also make the texture paste yourself. For this, my ➡️ video tip: • DIY Schnell und günsti...

Technique:
I primed the canvas with a paste I made myself. See the video "Making Paste" about it in the channel. Then I spread the paint with a brush, then with a scraper. Give the paint wet on the surface, then you concrete the cracks. The surface you concrete with dry paint. You can use the scraper and the brush. The transitions will be soft with the brush. It is the same technique as in the sky-cloud-sea videos. There the technique is also explained again in detail. It is also the same technique as in the videos on the slide. The many layers of color create depths in the image. These depths and heights make the image interesting or give it expression. With only one or two layers of color the image looks nice but still a bit flat. With the many layers of color, the viewer begins to explore the image. The viewer wants to discover it. It also arouses his curiosity.
And you yourself have longer fun painting ;) You will experiment a lot here. Try yourself out. Get to know the tools by making. You can apply the paint as a beginner quite relaxed and enjoy painting. Dump the paint on the canvas and just let it flow. I include the paints and putty ingredients, as well as a ready-to-use paste (link above). There are numerous videos on the channel about this. You can find more pens in the lists as well.
