Would you recommend this or honeybadgers for a skier who can really only do a ski slide? And some spin tricks and stuff like that

I’d say so, I mean everyone is saying, upgrade your gear as you go on, but if you have the means, definitely get this. It’s pretty beginner friendly and it definitely helps with new tricks when you feel comfortable on your skis

Do you guys over at line remove a bit of the metal bit on the side of the ski?
@lineskis

Are you referring to detuning the edges? If so, yea sometimes we do! If we know we’re going to primarily ski park on a ski it’s a good idea to detune the edges underfoot as it will make the skis last longer, and it will keep you from catching on any rails

@@lineskis Thanks for the answer definitely gonna but this ski but I’m not sure how much I need to detune the edges

I would recommend it, it makes it easier to hit rails and makes your skis more durable/less chance of your edges cracking.

Does someone need park ski boots or can you use normal ski boots in the park
@thepessimisticoptimist9375

You can use anything. What's a park boot? Full tilt? Just use the boot that fits you best. Should you center mount is the question

You should not center mount by the way haha

@@thepessimisticoptimist9375 if you only use them in the park why not, but i doubt anyone does that, also, the skis are not exactly symetrical, the middle of the core is never in the middle of the lenght of the skis like in 2005. If you carve hard on a slope and your tail is too long, it's a weird feeling...

@@amicheroner4751 I don't know I like it. I don't ski a ton of park But spins and riding switch is super fun. I think it makes sense. That's just how I like to ski. I am also used to not having a lot of shovel in front of me. I just think it makes sliding more fun.

It will perform the best in the park, but it can definitely rip some groomers as well! If you want something a little more all-mtn-oriented that is also great in the park, then the Chronic is another good option.

@sweatybotfn9982

Always. It’s easier to balance on rails as well as spins, especially for beginners. But mostly for park. Riding true center on all mountain can be tricky and lead to a backseated position but if you get over that it’s really fun. It also just looks way cooler
