Had this for a few years... I use it more than I thought. Worked for a bit and fine tuned 4 sounds to put in the banks on the unit so even without the app, I have 4 solid sounds to just turn on and play. Have the footswitch that has the 4 presets, the wah/volume pedal and you can access the tuner through the board. A versatile setup... Make your favorite amp really...

Im an Electronic Engineer so I bought a TT broken for next to nothing and repaired it. Im really impressed with it! Great little amp for practice and recording and I love the Phono outputs. It has some really nice touches. I also bought an Amplifi 30 in the same condition and repaired that. Its the same as the TT but with 2 x15 watt speakers. Has a great sound for something so small. All in all I like them. Build quality is good too!

Get an Anker Soundcore Bluetooth Stereo Speaker $21 on Amazon and connect ot directly to Amplifi TT using a 3.5mm stereo jack. It's 2"x2"x6.5" and sounds great with Amplifi TT. Great bedroom hight stand setup!

I've had my used AmplifiTT for awhile now. Great investment and used daily. I suspect the modeling is the same as my big 2008 Line 6 Flextone III XL amp, but the TT's phone app lets me play with settings more. Makes a big difference when I'm in a sound tinkering mood. I like adding it to the Flextone as another 'brain' and it works with the stomp box that came with the amp. If you can find a TT at a good price consider it. If you have a Flextone, and especially if you have it's stompbox, buy a TT when you find one. Probably you don't have them (good kit used for cheap prices if you come across a good one), but it's still worth considering at a low price. Under $200 USD is as high as I'd think it oughta cost...in good nick that is. I have since traveled twice to USA with a guitar, the TT and my small UE Boom bluetooth speaker. Very compact that way and I played guitar most days on those trips. Sound was good enough with the small speaker. Better when using a home stereo. Traveling locally in NZ I take the TT with my old Spider III combo amp. It makes my decent wee Spider III sound better than stock. Digital recordings via Garageband are better than the old Apogee interface I have. That tiny unit that usually required tinkering in Garageband to sort latency and feedback. It was a pain, this just does it's job. Lastly, I don't have amazing reference ears. I don't have near-perfect pitch. I'm just an ordinary Joe and terminal intermediate guitar player. But I do think the TT is pretty cool and stable for the longer haul. Mine is 14 years old I think. Everything works.

Hey there, I am picking up a AmplifiTT soon and wanted to ask you if there is a way to use the stomp box as a looper ? Or should I just get a looper pedal else where ? Any recommendations what you can get for cheap ?(used preferred)

I just picked up one of these for.......$46.00 ! no shit!.. In perfect shape, complete. I knew jack about it, bought it on spec, ended up using it to drive an old Kustom KGA65 tube amp I paid maybe $75 for, that has a 12in. Celestion speaker for a noticeably different sound quality than I can get out of my Spark. I'm pretty blown away!,...coming back to electric guitar after 35 yrs out,.. EVERYTHING is all freekin new! I had no idea these things are 7 yrs old, but it works awesome and my little custom jam rig is pretty sweet now... Definitely has a different sound to the kick ass li'l Spark's relatively tiny (but powerful!) 4 in speakers. Its nice to have an option to run against the Spark. If yr looking to set up a very low cost jam rig, esp for practicing at home one of these and a decent set of speakers or an older inexpensive amp are the ticket and can provide a world of tone options my next project is to get a portable battery pack off ebay that will work for this unit like i have for the Spark, hell the Spark's battery might even work here as well... And agreed,... the AmplifiTT bluetooth is MUCH more stable and instantly connects every time. Some times the goddamn spark just will not connect till the 4th freekin' attempt... it always does, but it often plays the bitch when getting started...;-)

Thanks heaps for this review! I just bought a Amplifi TT "used" in NZ. $230NZD, so about the same price. It is still in its original packaging so it should be as-new. I pick it up tomorrow. I have a Line 6 Flextone III with the FBV Shortboard. That was a bargain at $450 NZD last year used. It is in pristine condition. But it's 2008 modeling isn't amazing. It's okay. I'm hoping the Amplifi TT gives the Flextone's twin Celestion G12s a tone boost from the mud bogs I get in too many of it's 32 'amp' sounds. I have one clean, one overdrive, one fuzz and one buzzy flanger sound that I like A LOT though. The Shortboard is awesome and I am stoked that I'll now be able to use it with my old Line 6 Spyder III practice amp when I play outside my house. I don't like to lug the big amp and don't gig. I hope to someday however. I also record myself as part of my learning and though my old Apogee Jam hooked into Garageband is okay, both need tinkering to avoid latency and crazy feedback sometimes. So perhaps this wee amp thingie will make recording better. Will my Flextone combined with the Shortboard and the Amplifi TT equal a Helix? I will probably never know as I don't have access to a Helix, but I think it's worth the small investment I have made. Discovery begins tomorrow. Stoked!

I picked one up at L&M the day after Black Friday last year, it had sat on the deals table at the front of the store since the sale started the day before, and nobody had picked it up. Oh, and the price was… $75 Can. Great little device, I leave it hooked up to my iMac.

I own one, been tinkering around with it endlessly. To my ears, the presets all sucked so I made some from scratch. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the tone. It's good for a modeling amp (better than a Katana imo) but there's just this lower midrange boost that sounds very unnatural and is somehow hard to filter out. I've also been wondering how good the input response/latency of the TT is. There are no analyses to be found. It feels low but since I'm learning how to sweep pick atm every bit counts.
