In 2021, he completed the Harvard Program on Negotiation and is now the Founder and CEO of Mediation Table, revolutionizing courtroom mediation by cutting conflicts from months to minutes using an AI chatbot.
With an active presence on LinkedIn, Shane co-hosted with Jean-Nicolas Reyt the largest live negotiation event last June, attracting over 10,000 attendees from 35+ countries.
Jean-Nicolas Reyt
Jean-Nicolas Reyt is an associate professor of organizational behavior at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where he conducts research on the future of work and conflict resolution in the workplace.
His research has been published in leading management journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Prof. Reyt teaches negotiation at McGill-Desautels in the B.Com, M.B.A., Ph.D., and Executive programs.
Prof. Giuseppe Conti
