Wow. What a leader. Truly one of the best speeches a human might watch. To be compassionate, leading through to reducing divides, to think about the other tribes or people we might be disconnected from, to think about the how we do something, not just that what we intend to do. A lot of food for thought on which to meditate and manifest, in daily practice and long term plans. Makes you wish you went to Wharton too! Wonderful.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I coached "Empathy is King" inside organizations -- when what I meant was "Compassion is King"! Great Message and SO critical to success!
