Do you do these steps for every stone you paint? That is a lot of steps. In the end your stone was beautiful!

Can I apply resin with a soft paintbrush? Thank you...your video is very informative. Do you wear a mask? I have read of many people getting very ill inhaling fumes even in a ventilated area. Your thoughts?

It looks like you already had a coating of resin on this stone prior to this video? This is a second coat? It came out looking very beautiful 😍

Hi Liona, some resin can't leave 40m. I bought the big ones from Amazon which can't be rest 40m. I tried your way, however the mixed become really thick and sticky. ruined my two stones. Luckily I didn't try my canvas, otherwise is really disasters.

Just check how long it takes it to become thick enough but not too hard. On a canvas there is no problem pouring resin when it is liquid. The idea of letting it stand that long is that on a curved surface it runs down till nothing left on the surface but very thin uneven layer, this is why I made this tutorial specifically for stones.

Liona, may I please ask what colour you used for white, pearl looking dots please? All of the "pearl whites" I've tried turn out silver.

Hi Mike, I paint the dots in white and when dry I use iridescent gold by jo Sonja painting a thin layer with brush on top of them
