I can't focus on what you say because of the Vsauce music ;)

The thumbnail looks like it would be my new favorite single from King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard.

Beautiful. LMTs have a special place in my heart. All the issues that you had faced leading up to the final version of your telescope design were fears I had that stopped me from attempting my own LMT project. You addressed challenges that you saw in a rigorous manner. I would like to ask, what accomplishments in this project made you proud, what challenges you faced but were unable to address (if any) and what you felt you could have improved upon.

Great work. Im happy you put such work into the presentation also. Fun transitions and good editing.

Very cool. Did you consider spinning it with levitating methods, like air bearings or magnets? Most high precision spinning mirror machines use air bearings afaik.

Great project, but it's a pity that the audio is unbearably bad

Um, why the hell would you just not use magnetics?

Why not just integrate a brushless motor into the spinning platform itself. the spinning platform would have attached the magnets to the bottom, a stationary coils below it powered by a brushless motor driver, you get the advantage of easy speed control and directional control (though i guess the latter doesnt matter for you)

I guess that set up can produce vibrations in the mirror
