Finally a video that covers everything that's not 5 years old. Good job!

I'm currently doing a world conquest attempt as milian (I plan to use the Italian formables to my advantage before I form Italy). I currently hold around 55% of the trade in Genoa (everyone else is the papal state (who will soon be almost gone in my next war against them). Aragon (who is one of my next war targets). Naples (they were released by aragon. Only to have Aragon restore the pu, and recently the Iberian wedding happened which means they aren't getting freed any time soon). Savoy (who is basically just a sitting target for me that all nations seem to accept that I will own), and France because they beat me to province). And soon I'll gain around that much control over Venice (Mantua isn't exactly strong but keeps getting oddly powerful alliances for a nation of there size. and Venice kept getting really strong allys but never worked on gaining much power for themself until recently, but both of them had very exploitable alliances). So I have a question, where would be best to move a merchant? And when should I do so? (My main node is Genoa. And I'm collecting in both Genoa and Venice. I released Byzantium and dalmatia from Venice (the ottomans and Venice split Byzantium, though I was only able to take a single province each to release them both), and I don't recall if I can make trade companies with the dharma dlc or if I need wealth of nations or some other dlc)

You need to send one to collect in Venice for sure. The 2nd one would probably be the best in either Champagne, Ragusa or Alexandria, but definitely not Valencia. Can't say for sure without knowing values, you have to try it out. Good luck!

I personally think the "entire region minimum autonomy" from governor's mansion is the best of the 1k ducat trade company investments.

That's the choice if you're looking for manpower, forcelimit, production/tax income, but not the best if you're purely for money and trade, imo.

@@theeu4guy Agreed, but by the time I'm investing in trade companies I don't care about money usually.

It says "same area" vs "trade company provinces" and that's why some apply to provinces in the area that aren't trade companied.

One question, what is ship trade power propagation? I know ship trade power, but the age ability is different and I have never known why.

YES, it's very different. I wanted to cover that as well, but I totally forgot. My bad :( Basically, you know how you get some of your trade power transferred upstream from your provinces - it's the same thing, but for ships. So, if you're protecting trade in the English channel, you'll also get some trade power in Lubeck, Champagne, etc. E.g. with +20% ship tradepower propagation 20% × 20% = 4% of ship trade power will be transferred. (basically, it's almost useless imo)
