I always asked me what was that thing in Nemo's back : a backpack ? a candy bag ? It's really funny to discover 24 years later that it's the scepter Camille give him right after the 6th Dream.... So... Wait a minute... If Camille gave the scepter to Nemo after Dream #6, why Nemo carry the scepter in the six first dreams ???? It's really funny too to discover, at the same time, this little "bug". Anyway, one of my favorite game on NES back in the days. @RetroGamingFra

Definitely a cool game. Love those animal helpers (this game was doing it BEFORE the Donkey Kong Country series made it cool!) Also, there's something about the music and such that remind you that this is a Capcom game. Also, wonder if they recycled certain things from this for other games. What I mean is...the sudden bits of autoscrolling in that cloud ruins level? Reminds me of Dr. Cossack's castle in Mega Man 4 (NES version). The shifting ceilings? Dust Man, definitely (same game). And the final boss's multi-directional laser? There's be a robot that recycled that attack in Star Man's level, Mega Man 5. We should be thankful that this game did NOT include platforms that appear and disappear (mostly a Mega Man series thing, but please also see "DuckTales 2", in the Scotland level)

I explored every little nook of this game when I was a kid 30(!) years ago, and all those memories came crashing back, seeing this video. Btw, all the music in the final stage could have easily been lifted from an NES Megaman game. With all the other homages in the game, no way that is just a coincidence (the only level with boss fights, too).

This was the hardest game for an 8 year old... My god i rented it and regretted it... i loved the first stage but that was ALL I COULD PLAY!!! this game was meant for adults on a childs system... PC was the adult system and everyone needed to understand that... you couldnt make something so difficult that no one could understand what the objective was on the NES.FUCK them

Come to slumberland little dude, the princess wants to meet you! *Purple haired henchman thrusts a contract at Nemo with lots of small illegible fine print* which says "Metal spikes, rolling conveyor belts and death traps everywhere in toy-land, falling rocks, all kinds of hostile bugs, mammals and lizards in the magical forest and evil tadpoles in the water. It's a child's dream! Sign below if you agree to have all this fun (torture)!. Nemo: what could possibly go wrong?

Im good at nes games, not just saying that - I am quite good, but this one I find extremely difficult, very hard to control and frustrating, This guy is an EXTREMELY good player.
