Extremely good video and great Coaching session by Neha and Ayan. Ayan played the perfect coach by asking all right and powerful questions. Thanks Sunand for conducting and sharing such videos and coming with such concepts. It really really helps aspiring Scrum Masters to learn and grow.

Thank you team for this initiative, moreover, viewers when you think of ayans response he is a coach and not a mentor or teacher so do not make a mistake by expecting him to spoon feed answers immediately he does right my making the coachee think around the problem. I feel many people mistake a coach from a mentor or a teacher. In my humble opinion.

Neha knows the problem and also she knows the corrective action to be taken to resolve her problem as SM but from ayan as coach i didn't find any new approach apart from neha's approach. It was more like "Ha mein Ha milana"

I respect your feedback, but please understand the difference between Coach and consultant - A consultant holds the answers, while a coach helps their client find their own answers. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn. Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but understands that they may need help to find the answer. Hope it help

That maybe right but as an agile coach there is an approach different from being a teacher who says what is to be done and a mentor who has a ready made answer. Even at start I felt the same but his approach is the correct one as an Agile coach as this is what a coach would do by making the coachee brainstorm around the problem to find solutions by themselves and of the solutions are not realistic then maybe the coach can pitch in and help a little. That is in my humble opinion. Thanks guys

@@CareersTalk: Perfect explanation. It is important to understand the role of a Coach versus Mentor or trainer. Coach will ask powerful questions until the coachee can think and come up with their own solutions. A good coach has the ability to listen actively and not lead and suggest in the conversation.
