I read Becky Hill’s book on my channel when it first came out because I couldn’t find a free audio of it, I decided if I had to buy it, I might as well read it aloud in case someone else was looking for a free audio of it like I was. It’s not a perfect job of reading, but it’s free. 😊

None of these change the fact that he killed his wife and son🥱Amazing he is trying to get way on technicality 😳Another trial means more resources, taxpayers money waste because he is guilty and another jury would still have the same verdict 🤦🏻♀️

These jurors are not being honest and that has become clearer with the denials of all but one for saying they did not use their phones during this hearing. So based on this, AM deserves a new trial.

Why did Pootle get out of his chair and stand facing Rhonda while she swore in. Tactical intimidation or perhaps strengthening ?????

Another failure of the system. Determining the "influence on the verdict" of proven tampering is impossible. Who knows how suggestible these jurors were. If someone in a position of authority and with perceived, behind the scenes knowledge gives their opinion, one juror could easily incorporate that into their verdict without even being fully aware.

Nope Becky didn’t lie. Imported clerk would have gone straight to the judge with info like that of a clerk and bailiff giving someone a lift. I think she was approached with a deal that couldn’t be refused. She made my skin crawl with her “charming” jokes and attempt to curry favour by asking the judge for water which was an arrogant move in the guise of humour.

Uggghhhhh defendant closing full of lies. The day would be “big” not epic. Long hard day listening to defendants testimony. Listen up people. Pay attention. Eavesdropping on the clerk unwisely talking to a bailiff is not a direction to the eavesdroppers.

Is the state her defense attorney? Prosecution turns into defense attorney? Very good judge who is doing a great job upholding the rule of law ! A no mess around judge indeed! I’m confused? Shouldn’t the clerk in question retain a lawyer? Not the prosecutor to defend her ?
@ravenharris1257

He's not defending her. Like most witnesses, both sides can interview them unless the person have a reason not to be interviewed by a defense attorney or the state (without immunity).
