"normalization blues" (especially the little lyrical changes you've made during the covid streams) really does hit me hard in the feelings every time... if this year had a theme song, normalization blues would b it.

“God-forsaken idiot language”.. 🤣🤣 Dude, I’ve been a huge fan of you guys since like 2009-2010 and I’ve seen y’all multiple times live. Even driven miles and miles to witness. You guys are so important to me and my life, and your music has greatly influenced me and uplifted me- if only to show me my feelings are not alien and that I am not alone. And I think that’s pretty cool, even though maybe you weren’t necessarily thinking about how other people feel when writing your stuff... probably just trying to process your own thoughts really. But anyways, this is the amazing thing about music and these “God-forsaken idiot words” hahaha! It’s kind of magical, actually. And I just wanted to share that and thank you guys. You’re one of my heroes, Sean. And I’m grateful I discovered your music, your art, your truth. It’s made me love life a little more. And that’s pretty darn cool. Much love to AJJ, all of you guys out there, the fans, and you and yours. Peace and love!!! Sincerely, A loudmouth and a tool 🙃🌊❤️

Hey Sean! Your cover of just like old times is tremendous. I can't stop listening to it, I like Todd Snider, but there is something about your cover that I can't get enough of. In a way I can't articulate it reminds me a little of Rick Danko at his best. Watch "Rick Danko/It Makes No Difference/1997" on KZitem kzitem.info/news/bejne/sqysqquOoGeWno4 Thanks for everything you do.
