There's a reason why there are multiple safety professionals on a movie set. So that no actor winds up accidentally shooting someone on a set, or location. Who among you so called pros, has the opacity to judge a person on what may or may not have happened. There are risks in that profession that everyone agrees to. That armorer that gave his opinion in this documentary, did not even have the same model of gun, just a similar one! What AUDACITY! these people have a system in place to assure that an actor does not get handed a loaded weapon. A squib load is where something (like a bullet fragment) is lodged in the barrel from a primer (but powderless) discharge and gets driven out by a blank discharge. Could also be caused by a live live load that doesn't discharge properly (powder doesn't burn right, not enough powder, wrong caliber or improperly made bullet that catches in the barrel). What this case is about live ammo was on set when it is forbidden due to industry rules. This case is about the TWO professionals - the armorer and the assistant director, cleared a gun that was supposed to be EMPTY and the assistant director handed the gun to Baldwin himself. Baldwin was assured the gun was completely empty, thus HARMLESS no matter what he did with it. IF he pulled the trigger on an empty gun, it certainly would not harm anyone. Baldwin is a victim in this case as he was given a gun loaded with live ammo in it and that carelessness by two professionals killed a woman and injured a man. 1:47:20. Easy to see why they're not arguing these points of law in front of a jury. Prosecutor Morrissey is quite free to offer HER OPINION as facts, as well as the opinions of other nonprofessionals. Hate to see the jury tainted heavily with her arguments on points of law and rules of criminal procedure. Because he worked on 100 other sets (TV news rooms and commercials) he's now sn expert in armorers and gun safety and is qualified to offer opinions on safety protocols and weapons procedures. See a lot of gun action in news rooms and commercials. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

As a conflicted felon, Trump’s New York gun license was suspended after his arrest in 2023 by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and, now as a result of his conviction, his license is being revoked, according to New York City Police. The guns he had were handed over to NYPD on March 31, 2023.

The guy is fairly obviously a complete a-hole. That being said, whether or not he should be found responsible in any or most part for this death, remains to be seen. I don’t think the state will have as easy a time as they did with HG’s crappy lawyers 😂

@@RoKHoarderdumb comment. Where did that commenter say they didn’t feel sympathy for h hutchins? They simply commented on the trial we are watching which is right now focused on AB. Doesn’t mean they feel nothing for the woman who died. Most of us are capable of more nuanced thought than that 😂

The person who handed Alec Baldwin the gun is in jail for her incompetence. He was a victim just like the woman who unfortunately lost her life. It was accidental not intentional.
