I work in a public school. We were just told that we are required to comply with the new Title IX changes (its now federally considered harassment if we refuse to call students by their preferred pronouns). I went directly to administration and let them know I will not comply and to get ready to write me up if the situation arrises. We HAVE to speak up and speak out.

Thank you for clarifying Separation of church and state. Many Don't know What it really means.

It means your faith is your own, it also means a state will not show a preference to Christianity over other religious and a state church will not be established meaning you can’t make laws based on your faith. States make churches separate from states by giving them tax exemption the only term to keep tax exemption is you can’t tell people how to vote from the pulpit and you can’t demonise one party from the pulpit.

@@thomashead7528 I never said anything about being gay. I never said Jesus doesn't love gays. If you are comfortable in your sin that is your business and I am not here to debate it.

It's not about what the theist says in public. Indeed, it's about what he _doesn't_ say. He's unconsciously selective about facts. Why? Because not all facts are convenient for him, that's why. Thus, he's not transparent in the way that would require that he draw everyone's attention to those facts that are inconvenient. Let him demonstrate that in public and he will be one up on the atheist, who is guilty of the same lack of a total transparency.

Ok I’ll take my life in my hands… What are the inconvenient facts?

@@darrenarnett9494 That a Christian is forced to run the risk that his religion is a false one is a fact. But for him it's an inconvenient one, such that it isn't likely that he would be willing to draw anyone's attention to it. So, are _you_ a Christian? If so, are _you_ willing to publicly acknowledge the fact that (as a Christian) you're necessarily forced to run the risk that your religion is a false one? Or, are you _unwilling_ to acknowledge the fact of that risk? If you're unwilling, what should I think about your lack of a Christian transparency?

@@somethingyousaid5059 I’m sorry that you have such a flawed view of God. I run no risk at all because I have no religion. I have a relationship. There is no doubt that God has saved me. When you wake up in the morning you know that you are alive even though you have never known death… It’s an innate knowledge. Once you truly experience salvation there will be no doubt in your mind. Until that happens debate is useless because you just won’t understand it. The change is much like becoming a diabetic. The sweets that were so enjoyable can now be deadly. And so it is with sin. The sins that were once so enjoyable no longer satisfy. Joy is found in pleasing God. So yes I will publicly acknowledge that I am a Christian but there is no risk involved. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He is the only way to God and He is not a religion.

@@darrenarnett9494 I asked you if you're willing to publicly acknowledge the fact that (as a Christian) you're necessarily forced to run the risk that your religion is a false one. You did not answer the question directly. Instead, you merely made a distinction between "religion" and "relationship". Nevermind that Christianity is a religion notwithstanding the distinction. Should I conclude then that you're _not_ willing to acknowledge the fact that you're running the risk?

@@darrenarnett9494 Apparently, there won't be a follow-up from you. Okay, so be it. You demonstrate perfectly that Christians never demonstrate an intellectual transparency. I can only wonder what Christ would think of that.
