Loved that you were so gentle knowing he was just a baby. I know that they are dangerous. Many animals are. That doesn't mean they should be mistreated. Much respect, bless you! ✌🙏🐾

I've never in my life heard a noise come from an alligator. I always wondered what sound they make. So this was a pretty cool video to watch. He did great!

This one was still a baby sort of but that sound you heard was it calling for his mom. Gators are really maternal so when they just hatch that noise they make helps mom find them.

Being that I was one of two who originally was employed by the Miami Dade Sheriff's office under commander Jeff Griggs who works still today for the fwc removing evasive reptiles while trapping Gators back before the state employed hunters in teams that Jeff and I trained later, I really appreciate this trappers care in dedication he had for this small alligator. He is doing his public duty for the citizens but in compassion for our native species. He is a honorable man indeed that I respect. Citizens must always remember with the expansion of housing and industries, we humans are taking the natural species homes and they are not taking our homes. These animals should always be treated with respect as this gentleman did and frankly they should always be relocated to areas that they can thrive and live out their lives in peace and they were here before all people with stemming from the dinosaur times.
