75gr mentega
50gr margarin
75gr gula halus (50gr bila tidak suka manis)
1.5 kuning telur
32gr santan Instant
20gr susu bubuk
80gr keju parut
200gr tepung sagu yang sudah di sangrai dengan daun pandan
Spuit 4B
Oven tangkring
Oven di suhu 150C selama 50-60 menit
Untuk hasil terbaik;
Oven dulu 15-20 menit baru di kasih topping, langsung dari oven tidak perlu tunggu dingin, oven lagi hingga keju atasnya golden brown/ kuning kecoklatan
Oven gas
Suhu 150C selama 35 menit saya pakai api bawah saja
Untuk api atas bawah mungkin cukup 30 menit

75g butter
50g margarine
75g powdered sugar (50g if you don't like sweet)
1.5 egg yolks
32g Instant coconut milk
20g powdered milk
80g grated cheese
200g sago flour that has been roasted with pandan leaves
Syringe 4B
Tangkring oven
Oven at 150C for 50-60 minutes
For best results;
Oven first for 15-20 minutes then add the topping, straight from the oven, no need to wait for it to cool, oven again until the cheese on top is golden brown/brownish yellow
Gas oven
Temperature 150C for 35 minutes I just use lower heat
For top and bottom fire, maybe 30 minutes is enough
