175g Caster Sugar
75g Water

125g Self Raising Flour
¼ tsp Bicarb
Pinch of Sea Salt
100g Caster Sugar
25g Dark Soft Brown Sugar
130g Soft Unsalted Butter (*OR Soft Browned Butter)
2 Large Eggs
1 ½ tbsp Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
BUTTERCREAM
200g Soft Unsalted Butter
320g Icing Sugar
½ Batch of Cooled Caramel
