People who are in the state of Learned Helplessness typically accept that they have little to no control over bad things that will happen in their life.
They believe that they will not be successful in resolving issues or fixing problems that they face even when there is a potential solution, and eventually they give up trying to make changes and just accept their fate.
In the last video about Learned Helplessness, we talked about how people learn to become helpless, and in this video, we’re gonna explore Learned Optimism, which is kinda like the antidote for Learned Helplessness and I’ll give you some tips that will help you start moving out of the state of Learned Helplessness and start taking back the control in your life.
