I’ve not been to Liverpool for 10 years having lived there for 4. I swear I used to see ‘Scully’ on bold street walking home most days. Everyday he smiled and said hello! Liverpools people are so lovely! I wish everyone the best x

Well Done Billy we need video,s like this showing people or youngsters who are thinking about that life or caught up it in it, just shows you the dementions whre you can really get to. I had a cousin who hung himself from Belfast a few month back. He was an alcoholic he was 48 he started hearing voices and turning up at his mums house at 5.30am His mum came out and said why are you hear Billy he said ma I thought it was 5.30pm in the evening it happened a few nights his sister broke in to his house and found him hanging there what im trying to say is never underestimate someone because they have an addiction or mental health its REAL never judge a book by the cover try to read it.❤

I was born in 62 and lived in Crocky. I went to Collegiate in Shaw street till 78 and used to frequent London Road when things started to go wrong. My city turned into a cess pit overnight. I moved to Wales the day after I left school and its the best decision I ever made. The whole City...as with most of the others , has become a depraved dystopia of cultural and economic immorality. Thank heavens I live in a beautiful small town by the sea surrounded by beautiful grass and mountains in a place my 4 children have grown up in a happy and safe environment.

Why are all the homeless people you speak to from Liverpool or British and you don't see many homeless people who are foreigners and that's not being racist it's just an observation bill,I served in the British army and have lost a countless comrades who have taken their lives coz they where homeless and lost due to to the lack of support and how can that be right that mates who served in combat zones for their country find themselves on the street with no support when we're housing foreigners left right and center and most of these asylum seekers claim to come from war zones when in effect there's only the Russia Ukraine war going on and also they have already claimed asylum before they reach this country but know if they come here they straight to the front of the queue even before veterans which is disgusting to say the least ,it makes my blood boil just thinking about it

Thank you for your contribution but there is actually more wars around the world than Russia and Ukraine. But There just happens to be more publicity relating to Russian and Ukraine war because that's where the Western interests are...
@Joe-gn2up

And to the person who replied to my comment I know there's a lot of asylum seekers who have been in terrible situations but what type of suffering do you think veterans from this country go through who are on the street with addictions when asylum seekers are housed before them when our veterans should be a priority and should be housed first as they are from this country and also the majority of asylum seekers are middle aged fact as some got housed by mine when I know people from this country are desperate to be housed and do you think our tiny island that's bursting at the seems with overcrowding can carry on letting people and it's alright for these rich tory upper-class nobheads saying it's terrible and keep letting more asylum seekers in as they live in upper-class houses and don't have live near them and usually unexceptable behaviour by alot of these men which I've witnessed alot towards females from my area and I would just like to ask the person who replied to my comment were does he live and he vote by any any chance and is he born and bread in this country

@@Joe-gn2up Thank you for your question. Currently, there is the Syrian civil war which has lasted for over a decade with over 300,000 civilian casaulties. There is also the Yemen civil war which started in 2014 until present with over 200,000 civilian causaulties. The Ethiopian civil war recently ended last year with causalties of over 300,000. There is the Sudanese civil war which started in April this year with 5,000 causaulties reported thus far. There is the Myanmar civil war with about 6,000 casualties reported for this year. There is the Burkina Faso civil war with the Islamists since 2015 which has led to 10,000 casaulties. And I know I have probably not done this list justice as I have left other ongoing civil wars (and apologies to those who may be offended by this, it is not intention to have ommitted others). The fact is there are alot of internal civil wars causing displacements of millions of people. And whilst it may feel like everyone is crossing the channel and fleeing to Europe, the reality is that that is just a small fraction. Many victims flee to the nearest countries near them, living in camps and squatters with limited basic necessities. Relying upon inconsisent UN humanitarian support as receiving countries are often poor and overstretched. Unfortunately this is the world we live in. And internal conflicts often spill over and having international implications as we can see now
