I've been using the same food budgeting method as mi-san for almost five years now. It has enabled me to reduce my monthly expenditure by 30%. I've also changed my daily hygiene and skincare routine to natural products freshly prepared by the herbalist. In France, it's very common to have a certified herbalist and artisanal soaps in addition to the traditional market. The price is slightly higher than that of a pharmacy or supermarket item. But because it's a raw natural product, with no additives, you can make substantial savings. For example, I bought 1 kg of soap that my husband and I can use to wash our bodies, faces and private parts, even though my husband has fragile skin with eczema. But this superfatted soap helps him a lot and helps my skin to avoid wrinkles. You can cut 1 kg of soap yourself into easy-to-hold pieces and use it for 8 months. I think it's quite cost-effective. Because you no longer need separate face wash and intimate soap.

Thank you for watching the video ☺️ I thought it was great that they were trying to save money in various ways. I also want to reconsider my skin care, but my skin is sensitive so I'm a little worried and can't do anything about it 😣 However, I am thinking of changing my facial cleanser to a fixed soap in the same way! Thank you for your advice ☺️

@@mi--. I understand how you feel about your sensitive skin.🙂 In my case, I had a severe skin allergy on my scalp and all over my body at post-covid. After a few dermatological tests, it turned out that my skin could no longer tolerate Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Silicone, which are common ingredients in shampoos and soaps to make them lather better. But they are very harsh on the skin and can make sensitive skin even more sensitive or cause serious allergies such as eczema or psoriasis, or excessive hair loss. After switching my skincare regime to a natural handmade product that contains no SLS or silicone, I've noticed that my skin and scalp are healthier than before. I don't have sensitive skin and I don't lose my hair any more. What's more, I don't need any fancy product to moisturize my skin or scalp, all I need is soap and shampoo. 😃
