🍳 Green onion kimchi recipe 🍳
- 500g chives
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 pear
- 1/4 ginger
- 1.5T plum syrup
- 70g red pepper powder - 20g for sprinkling + 50g for seasoning
- 1/2t salted shrimp
- Fish sauce - Anchovy, tuna, crab fish sauce all available 55g
🍳 Shrimp dumpling recipe 🍳
- 10 medium-sized frozen shrimp
- A little salt to taste
- A little pepper
- 300g pork
- 1T oyster sauce
- 1T soy sauce
- 1T sesame oil
- 1t chicken stock
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 carrot
- 100g chives
- 1/2 green onion
🍳 Yogurt oatmeal cake recipe 🍳
Oatmeal dough ingredients
- 200g oatmeal (ground and ready)
- 100g oatmeal
- Sugar (I used allulose powder) 55g
- 2g salt
- 2g baking powder
- 5g vanilla oil
- Unsalted butter (melted before use) - 100g
Yogurt Filling Ingredients
- 450g unsweetened Greek yogurt
- Sugar (allulose powder) - 25g
- 15g corn starch
- 4g vanilla oil
